Location was amazing! Very approachable even with public transport. We were a family of 3. Room was cosy and clean. Heater was functional so was TV. Dryer and a reading book provided in the room.. Response to messages was prompt. Happy vibes!! Thank you for adding to our memories

Double Room with Shared Bathroom

The stuff was very responsive, the self check-in and checkout were smooth. The location of the place is good(not prime though), it’s just 20-25 minutes walk to the more vibrant areas(there is also a bus stop and a tram stop very close to it). We stayed in a small room on the last floor, the room didn’t feel very clean, the inclined ceiling made it a bit uncomfortable to move around the very small room. The water pressure was quite low, yet the water temperature was stable. Overall, it was okay for just three nights, considering the exaggerated accommodation prices in Edinburgh

Deluxe Family Suite

Our room was large with plenty of space, beds were comfy and the location was excellent. Some nice touches like free coffee and tea within the room and the shower was excellent.

Deluxe King Room

Abbotsford Guesthouse is in a quiet street that is still at walking distance from the center of Edinburgh and very close to a tram stop. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed very comfy. The bathroom is small but has everything one needs. They work with self check-in which was straightforward but meant that I never even met any staff which for me is fine.

Great location. Decent room. The area was relatively quiet with minimal traffic noises. The bedding was clean, and staff were polite.

Quiet stay with an easy check-in process. The location is good, just 10 minutes from the city centre, making it convenient for accessing main attractions. Ideal if you’re simply looking for a comfortable place to rest.
